Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued when a return is approved under our Return Policy, or when an order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Method

• Card payments: refunded to the original payment method
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Non-Refundable Cases

Opened or used supplement products are not eligible for refund unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
