Do you charge commission on each sale?

Our fees are the one-time registration and per-SKU listing charges. Commercial margin is agreed in writing during onboarding, so you always know your net price per unit before you go live.

Who handles delivery and returns?

Pharmacon does. We collect the ordered items from your warehouse and deliver to the customer, and we manage the full returns process on your behalf.

How long until my products are live?

Typically 7–10 business days after payment and receipt of approved product images and copy.

Can I list products that need refrigeration?

Yes. Flag it in the storage field and we route those SKUs through our cold-chain packaging and monitored handover process.
